Job summary

Langham Logistics Inc. seeks a General Manager to lead warehouse operations within our Life Science division in Phoenix, AZ. This senior role requires strategic oversight of receiving, storage, cold-chain management, order fulfillment, and regulatory compliance across multiple clients.

You will drive operational excellence, safety, quality, and profitability while developing teams, managing budgets, and ensuring cGMP/GDP standards and audits are passed with flying colors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Logistics, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in highly regulated supply chain environments.
• 5+ years in a cGMP/GDP-regulated pharmaceutical or life sciences environment.
• Experience managing P&L, labor cost optimization, CapEx projects and high-value inventory.
• Experience managing cold-chain operations, quality systems, regulatory agency and client audits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and distribution.
• Uphold cGMP/GDP quality systems, EHS, and regulatory compliance; prepare for audits.
• Lead and develop personnel across departments; ensure qualified, high-performing teams.
• Develop annual goals, budgets, and quality objectives with executive leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational discipline to meet client SLAs.
