Job summary

Langham Logistics Inc. seeks an Operations Manager to lead inbound and outbound Life Sciences warehouse operations, ensuring cGMP/GDP compliance and customer-focused service. You will drive performance across operations, finance, and quality while supervising Warehouse Supervisors and teams.

You will define goals, monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and partner with leadership to identify process improvements and growth opportunities in temperature-controlled distribution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 8–10 years of ops management in warehousing/logistics.
• Experience in temperature-controlled or regulated environments.
• Hazardous materials certification preferred.
• CDR licensure desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead inbound and outbound life sciences warehouse operations.
• Manage operational, financial, compliance, and customer-satisfaction metrics.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, DSCSA, and quality standards.
• Maintain audit readiness for regulatory, customer, and internal audits.
• Provide leadership to Warehouse Supervisors and staff.
• Develop and monitor budgets; drive LEAN initiatives.
• Partner with business development to enable growth and process improvements.
