Job summary

Supera Fulfillment, LLC is seeking a Cold Chain Logistics Coordinator to own planning and execution of temperature-controlled outbound and inbound shipments. You will select packaging, refrigerants, service levels, and ensure compliant labeling and documentation for biological substances and dry ice.

You will monitor temperature loggers, coordinate carrier pickups, and manage real-time exceptions when weather or delays threaten shipments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, shipping, or distribution coordination.
• Experience with regulated or temperature-sensitive freight is strongly preferred.
• Ability to learn technical requirements and apply them to operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute temperature-controlled outbound and inbound shipments.
• Build and validate pack-outs against shipper profiles and monitor temperature loggers.
• Coordinate carrier pickups and recoveries; manage real-time exceptions.
• Handle compliant labeling and documentation for regulated shipping.
• Review excursion data and propose routing or packaging changes to reduce risk.
