Job summary

SOPHiA GENETICS seeks a Senior Order Fulfilment and Distribution Specialist in Boston, MA. You will own the end-to-end process from customer order entry to international shipment and delivery, coordinating with production, sales, and logistics partners to ensure timely, temperature-controlled deliveries across North America and Latin America.

You will manage orders via the US warehouse and collaborate with our US distribution model, while ensuring compliance with customs and import requirements

Qualifications

• Proven experience in order fulfilment and distribution end-to-end.
• Hands-on international shipping between regions (EU/US/LA).
• Experience with temperature-controlled shipments by air freight.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end order fulfilment from entry to shipment and delivery.
• Coordinate international shipments ensuring cold-chain and air-freight requirements.
• Act as regional contact for customer requests and delivery issues across time zones.
• Manage orders via US warehouse and oversee third-party logistics relationships.
• Collaborate with production and sales to maintain reliable service throughout the order lifecycle.
