Job summary

The Pharmacy Hub, based across Davie and Miami Gardens in Florida, seeks a Shipping Manager to own end-to-end shipping and fulfillment for a 24/7 operation handling temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical products. You will lead hiring, training, and SOP implementation while standardizing processes across sites.

You will drive KPIs, manage regulatory requirements (FDA/DEA/DOT/HIPAA) and cold-chain procedures, and stay hands-on on the floor during peak times to ensure on-time delivery and cost

Qualifications

• 5+ years in shipping, distribution, or fulfillment operations, including 3+ years managing teams.
• Experience running multi-site, 24/7 operations with shift coverage design.
• Proven ability to hire, train, and develop supervisors.
• Hands-on floor leadership with forklift operation during peak periods.
• Knowledge of FDA, DEA, DOT, and HIPAA in shipping regulated healthcare products.

Responsibilities

• Own daily shipping and fulfillment across the Davie and Miami Gardens locations, including nights and weekends.
• Build and maintain shift schedules, coverage plans, and escalation paths for every shift.
• Ensure consistent execution site to site with the same process and standards.
• Lead SOPs, KPIs, and dashboards; drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee regulatory compliance and cold chain requirements across sites.
• Manage carrier relationships and on-time delivery performance.
• Perform hands-on floor work during peak volumes or staffing shortages.
