Qualificações

• Minimum 1–2 years of restaurant/retail management experience or equivalent.
• ServSafe certification preferred or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Proficiency with coffeehouse systems and tools is expected.

• Drive guest satisfaction and SOP compliance across channels.
• Manage P&L, inventory, and loss prevention to achieve sales goals.
