Qualifications

• Full-time availability (40–47 hours/week) with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall coffeehouse performance, sales, and guest experience.
• Lead and coach team across shifts with clear expectations and training programs.
• Maintain staffing, scheduling, and bench strength for peak dayparts.
• Ensure compliance with safety, policies, and brand standards.
• Own cash controls, loss prevention, and inventory management.
• Drive local marketing efforts and manage P&L to optimize profitability.
