Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of restaurant, retail, or guest service management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for duties.
• Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
• Ability to work full-time (40–47 hours per week) with overtime, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain staffing levels across all shifts and publish accurate schedules.
• Coach performance, recognize contributions, and strengthen engagement to reduce turnover.
• Oversee training, onboarding, and development initiatives for team members.
• Lead the STAR guest service model to deliver outstanding experiences.
• Drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence through local marketing and effective controls.
• Ensure open and fully operational coffeehouse during required hours and manage inventory and expenses.
