Caribou Coffee in Minnesota seeks a General Manager to drive store performance, profitability, and exceptional guest experiences. You will lead staffing, scheduling, training, and day-to-day operations with a focus on team engagement and quality service.

You will manage budgets, analyze sales trends, and ensure food safety and health protocols are followed, all while fostering a culture aligned with Caribou’s core values of Team, Guest, and Business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of restaurant, retail, or guest service management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Have reliable transportation and ability to work full-time (47 hours/week).
• Willingness to learn new systems and tools as introduced to support the business.

Responsabilités

• Ensure the store is fully staffed for upcoming shifts and manage staff schedules.
• Lead a high-performing team through goal setting, accountability, and consistent coaching.
• Execute onboarding and training initiatives for role-based programs and promotional windows.
• Coach and recognize team members to support development and motivation.
• Uphold policies and maintain a safe, supportive environment for team and guests.
• Utilize Caribou systems and tools appropriately to drive store performance.
