Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of restaurant, retail, or guest service management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for tasks.
• Reliable transportation to the workplace.
• Ability to work full-time (40–47 hours per week).
• ServSafe certification preferred, or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain staffing levels that meet business needs across all shifts, publish accurate schedules.
• Build and retain a skilled team through clear goals, coaching, recognition, and engagement tools.
• Own training, onboarding, and related development initiatives.
