Job summary

Nestlé Nespresso USA is seeking a Coffee Specialist/Sales Associate to welcome customers in our NYC boutique, guide them to the perfect coffee, and create a memorable shopping experience. You will share our passion for coffee, knowledge, and service, helping guests discover blends, machines, and accessories while building lasting relationships.

The role emphasizes hospitality, a people-focused approach, and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
Ability to work open/close, weekends and holidays.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
