Job summary

Nestlé Nespresso USA is seeking a Coffee Specialist/Sales Associate to welcome customers in our retail boutique and guide them to the perfect coffee match. You will create an inviting experience, share expertise, and drive sales.

You’ll engage with customers, perform tastings, propose personalized solutions, and help maintain an attractive boutique environment while training for long-term growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• People-oriented with strong hospitality mindset.
• Punctual and flexible to open/close shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to deliver an inviting coffee experience.
• Listen to customer needs and recommend personalized coffee and machine solutions.
• Provide tastings and share product knowledge to build customer base and sales.
• Maintain boutique presentation, restock shelves, and ensure a clean, eye-catching display.
• Participate in training to set you up for success beyond the first day.
