Job summary

Nestlé Nespresso USA is seeking a Coffee Specialist/Sales Associate to join our Seattle boutique. You will welcome customers, guide them to their perfect coffee, and deliver an inviting in-store experience that goes beyond selling.

You will learn about coffee, share knowledge, conduct tastings, promote machines, and work with a friendly team to maintain displays, stock, and cleanliness. Open and closing shifts, weekends and holidays are part of the role; growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Ability to greet and engage customers and recommend products.
• Willingness to work open/close shifts, weekends and holidays.
