Job summary

Nestlé Nespresso USA is hiring a Coffee Specialist/Sales Associate to welcome customers in our boutique, guide coffee selections, and share tasting experiences. You will help customers discover their perfect coffee and machine solutions while delivering hospitality and personalized service.

You’ll learn about coffee, promotions, and sustainability efforts, contributing to a warm, engaging shopping environment and helping build customer loyalty through expert product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering exceptional customer service in a retail environment.
• Strong hospitality mindset with ability to make customers feel welcome.
• Understanding of sales processes and upselling opportunities.
• Knowledge of coffee products and ability to share promotions with customers.
