Job summary

The role involves multidisciplinary collaboration, supervision of students/interns, and leadership in the clinic in the absence of the program manager, ensuring continuity of care and coordination of services.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health required.
• Licensed to independently practice MH and SUD services in MN (LPCC/LMFT/LICSW).
• Must have Rule 31 training (MN).
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days. Certification must be ARC or AHA accredited.
• Must pass state/license background check.
• National Provider Identifier (NPI) number required.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced clinical services coordinating with treatment team.
• Deliver group therapy and individual counseling for co-occurring disorders.
• Supervise students and interns, and lead clinic in manager's absence.
• Coordinate with internal/external resources while maintaining confidentiality.
• Represent the organization to audiences to promote services and processes.
