Job summary

Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation in Beaverton, OR is seeking a Co-Occurring Professional to provide advanced clinical services, including group therapy and individual counseling for individuals with co-occurring substance use and mental health conditions, integrating treatment within a 12 Step, abstinence-based model.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, provide supervision to students, coordinate care in the absence of the program manager, and ensure continuity of patient care according

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral health is required.
• License to independently practice mental health and SUD services in state is required (MN: LPCC, LMFT, LICSW).
• CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association is required or must be obtained within 30 days.
• Must satisfactorily pass a state/license specific background check and hold an NPI number.

Responsibilities

• Provide group therapy and individual counseling/therapy for co-occurring disorders.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary treatment team to deliver mental health and SUD services.
• Lead in the program in the absence of the manager and supervise students/interns.
• Communicate patient information across internal/external resources per policy and regulatory requirements.
