Job summary

The Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation seeks a Co-Occurring Professional to provide advanced clinical services combining mental health treatment with addiction recovery. You will deliver group therapy, individual counseling, and crisis intervention within a 12 Step, abstinence-based model, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuous patient care.

In absence of leadership, you may supervise staff and students while maintaining standards of care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health required.
• Licensed to independently practice MH and SUD services (state-specific).
• CPR certification from Red Cross or AHA within 30 days.
• Must pass state/license background check.
• NPI number required.
• Rule 31 training required (MN).

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced clinical services including assessment and diagnosis, individual and group psychotherapy.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team for ongoing care planning.
• Provide clinical supervision to students and interns.
• Lead clinic operations in absence of program manager.
• Represent services to internal/external audiences and ensure policy adherence.
