Job summary

The Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation seeks a Co-Occurring Professional to deliver advanced clinical services for clients with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders. You will provide group therapy and individual counseling within a 24/7 residential milieu in alignment with the Foundation's standards of care.

You will participate on a multidisciplinary team, perform assessments and care planning, and supervise students/interns while stepping into leadership in the absence of program

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health is required.
• License to independently practice mental health and SUD services in MN (LPCC/LMFT/LICSW).
• Must be trained in Rule 31 (Minnesota).
• Current CPR certification or within 30 days; remote employees exempt.
• Background check and NPI number required.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced clinical services, including group and individual therapy for co-occurring disorders.
• Integrate mental health treatment with addiction recovery in a 24/7 residential milieu.
• Supervise students/interns and assume leadership in absence of the program manager.
• Coordinate care and ensure continuity of patient care across daily routines.
