Job summary

The Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation seeks a Co-Occurring Professional to deliver advanced clinical services for clients with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders. You will provide group therapy, individual counseling, and crisis intervention within a 12 Step, abstinence-based framework.

Join a multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and plan ongoing care, while mentoring students and staff in evidence-based practices and professional ethics.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health required.
• Must be licensed to independently practice mental health and SUD services in MN: LPCC, LMFT, LICSW.
• Must be trained in Rule 31 and CPR certified or obtain within 30 days.
• Background check and valid NPI number required.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced clinical services including assessment, individual and group psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and ongoing care planning.
• Coordinate with treatment team to integrate mental health treatment with addiction recovery.
• Lead the clinic in the absence of the program manager and supervise students/interns.
