In a 24/7 residential setting, you will provide intensive milieu-based care, perform continuous assessments, and engage in real-time interventions

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in behavioral health or related field is required.
• Licensed independent practice in MN: LPCC, LMFT or LICSW is required.
• Must have Rule 31 training where applicable.
• Current CPR certification or obtain within 30 days; remote employees exempt.
• Must pass state/license background check and hold an NPI number.

Aufgaben

• Provide advanced clinical services including group therapy and individual counseling for co-occurring disorders.
• Deliver residential milieu-based treatment in a 24/7 therapeutic environment with high patient engagement.
• Coordinate care with the treatment team and participate in multidisciplinary discussions.
• Provide clinical supervision to students and interns to develop competency and ethical practice.
• Represent Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation services to diverse audiences and ensure continuity of care.

Ausbildung

Master's Degree in behavioral health

LPCC/LMFT/LICSW license

Rule 31 training

CPR certification (American Red Cross or American Heart Association)
