The Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation is a leading nonprofit addiction recovery organization in the United States. This Co-Occurring Professional role provides advanced clinical services in coordination with the treatment team, integrating mental health treatment with addiction recovery within a 12 Step, abstinence-based model.

You will participate as part of a multidisciplinary team, performing assessment, individual and group therapy, crisis intervention and ongoing care planning to support

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in behavioral health.
• License to independently practice mental health and SUD services in state working in (MN: LPCC, LMFT, LICSW).
• Must be trained in Rule 31.
• Current CPR certification or obtain within 30 days (fully remote work employees exempt).
• Certification must be from American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
• Must satisfactorily pass a state/license specific background check
• Individual National Provider Identification (NPI) number

Responsabilités

• Provide substance use disorder and mental health treatment services to patients according to Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation standards of care, policies, and procedures.
• Represent Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation services to various audiences to ensure consistent knowledge about services, processes and participation.
• Facilitate and demonstrate communication of patient information to internal and external resources for patients according to Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation policy and procedures and CFR 42/45 and mandated reporting requirements.
