RaceTrac is seeking a Co‑Manager to support the General Manager, lead by example, and grow a winning team. You’ll drive store performance, coach staff, and ensure excellent guest experiences in a fast‑paced environment.

The role emphasizes leadership development, compliance with safety standards, and collaboration across shifts, with a strong focus on profitability and customer service. Candidates should have retail leadership experience and a willingness to advance within RaceTrac.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in high‑volume, guest‑focused environments.
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales.
• High School Diploma or GED, in progress or completed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Willing to obtain and maintain food handler and alcohol server permits (if required).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing team across shifts.
• Drive store performance, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
• Mentor Shift Managers and team members through training and coaching.
• Ensure standards, safety, and compliance in daily operations.
