RaceTrac is seeking a Co-Manager to partner with the General Manager, lead by example, and develop a winning team in a high-volume store. You’ll drive guest experiences, sales, and store operations while mentoring Shift Managers and frontline staff. Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead & develop a high-performing team by mentoring Shift Managers and team members.
• Cultivate a guest-first culture with welcoming and efficient interactions.
• Empower teams by setting clear expectations, providing feedback, and leading by example.
• Monitor inventory levels, vendor relationships, cash control, and promotional execution.
• Ensure store cleanliness, food safety, and brand standards.
