Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a Co-Manager to lead a high-performing store team, delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting the General Manager. You will drive sales, coach staff, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will develop talent, oversee daily operations, and ensure food safety, inventory accuracy, and financial performance. This is a hands-on leadership role with clear growth opportunities within RaceTrac.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team.
• Cultivate a guest-first culture and ensure welcoming, efficient interactions.
• Mentor Shift Managers and team members through training and coaching.
• Drive store performance through sales, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
• Manage inventory, cash controls, and vendor relationships.
