RaceTrac is seeking a driven Co-Manager to support the General Manager, lead by example, and help deliver exceptional guest experiences in a high‑volume store. You will mentor a dynamic team, drive store performance, and uphold RaceTrac’s standards across operations, food safety, and customer service.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in high‑volume, guest‑focused environments.
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Develop a High‑Performing Team by fostering guest‑first culture, coaching Shift Managers and team members, setting clear expectations and leading by example.
• Support Operational Excellence by driving store strategies to boost sales, guest satisfaction and profitability; manage inventory, vendor relations and cash control; ensure promotional execution and food service compliance.
• Champion Food Safety & Compliance by conducting regular food quality checks, ensuring safety regulations and maintaining documentation for audits.
• Drive Results Through Collaboration by analyzing reports, identifying trends and coordinating team scheduling with the General Manager; provide performance feedback and drive accountability.
