SONIC Drive-In seeks a capable Co-Manager to partner with the General Manager in running daily drive-in operations and administration. You will train and support Crew Members, Carhops, and shift leaders to ensure quality food, cleanliness, safety, and a guest-friendly experience.

As a key team member, you’ll manage staffing, inventory, and cost controls, perform opening/closing duties, and uphold company policies while delivering friendly, fast service in a high-energy environment.

Qualificações

• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• General knowledge of the restaurant industry or retail operations.
• Minimum of six months of restaurant management experience (QSR) or two years of entry-level retail management experience.
• Effective communication skills; basic math, reading and computer skills.
• Ability to multitask and successfully solve problems.
• Willingness to abide by appearance, uniform and hygiene standards at SONIC.
• Offer of employment contingent upon a background check.

Responsabilidades

• Manages, trains, monitors and coaches Team/Crew Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Directs and assigns drive-in restaurant employees to meet service standards.
• Performs restaurant opening and/or closing duties.
• Monitors staffing levels, inventory levels and food cost control.
• Completes weekly inventory and assists with administrative duties and documentation.
• Reinforces a customer service mentality and ensures guests have a positive experience.
