Job summary

SONIC Drive-In is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily drive-in operations. You will guide Team Members, Carhops, and Skating Carhops to deliver great guest experiences while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will oversee staffing, inventory, and cost controls, perform opening/closing duties, and reinforce a customer‑service mindset across the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six months of restaurant management experience (QSR) or one year entry level retail management experience required.
• Experience running shifts without supervision welcomed.
• Ability to follow directions and work with autonomy while multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in managing drive-in operations.
• Train and support Team Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Ensure quality food, cleanliness, safety and efficient service.
