SONIC Drive-In is seeking a Co-Manager to assist the General Manager in operating the drive-in restaurant, upholding safety, quality, and guest satisfaction. You will train and support Team Members, Carhops, and shift leaders to ensure friendly, efficient service.

You will handle opening/closing duties, staffing, inventory checks, and administrative tasks while modeling strong leadership and a customer‑focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• General knowledge of the restaurant industry or retail operations.
• Minimum restaurant management experience (QSR) or two years of entry-level retail management.
• Effective communication, basic math, reading and computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage, train, monitor and coach Team Members and Carhops.
• Direct and assign staff to meet service standards.
• Open and/or close the restaurant as needed.
• Monitor staffing, inventory and food cost control.
• Perform weekly inventory and maintain records.
• Support administration tasks and documentation.
• Maintain a customer-service focus and address guest needs.
