SONIC Drive-In is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in running a fast-paced drive‑in operation. You will train and supervise Team Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops, ensuring quality food, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.

Key duties include opening/closing, staffing and inventory management, and administrative tasks. A strong focus on customer service and problem resolution is required to uphold our guest experience.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing QSR or retail teams is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to train and coach staff to meet standards.

Aufgaben

• Manage, train, monitor and coach team members, carhops and skaters.
• Direct and assign staff to ensure quality food service and standards.
• Adhere to employee handbook, policies and practices.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties for the drive‑in.
• Monitor staffing and inventory levels and control food costs.
• Complete weekly inventory and keep records up to date.
• Assist in administrative duties such as filing and documentation.
• Reinforce customer service mindset and guest focus at all times.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and complaints.
