Praxis Precision Medicines is seeking an Account Specialist to execute in the field and drive commercial performance across a defined territory. You will engage healthcare providers, build relationships, and support product launches to ensure patient access to innovative therapies.

The role requires knowledge of CNS/pharma markets, formulary strategies, and hospital system dynamics, with a focus on achieving sales goals and compliant execution. A dynamic, high-impact team awaits.

Formación

• 5+ years of direct sales experience in CNS or specialty pharmaceuticals.
• Experience with formulary access strategies and early market execution.
• Experience selling into hospital systems, IDNs, and institutional accounts.
• Understanding of specialty pharmacy and hub services models.
• Strong track record of meeting quota and territory goals.

Responsabilidades

• Execute territory business plans to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders.
• Drive product adoption through customer engagement and education.
• Navigate complex patient pathways and support access to therapy.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Strategic Accounts, Patient Services, and Medical teams.
• Support launch execution, including pre-launch planning and post-launch adoption strategies.
• Leverage field insights to inform strategy and improve execution.
• Maintain knowledge of product, disease state, and market.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
