Job summary

Praxis Precision Medicines is seeking seven Account Specialists to cover defined territories across the United States. You will execute territory plans, build relationships with healthcare providers, and drive adoption of our CNS therapies while supporting access and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years direct sales in CNS or specialty pharmaceuticals.
• Deep understanding of complex patient pathways and specialist prescriber dynamics.
• Experience with formulary access strategies and early market penetration.
• Experience selling into hospital systems, IDNs, and institutional accounts.
• Understanding of specialty pharmacy and hub services models.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving quota and territory goals.
• Evidence of year-over-year improvement in target metrics.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory business plans to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders.
• Drive product adoption through effective customer engagement and education.
• Navigate complex patient pathways and support access to therapy.
• Partner with Market Access, Strategic Accounts, Patient Services, and Medical teams.
• Support launch execution, including pre-launch planning and post-launch adoption strategies.
• Leverage field insights to inform strategy and improve execution.
• Maintain a high level of product, disease state, and market knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
