Praxis Precision Medicines is hiring six Account Specialists to cover specific US territories. You will execute territory plans, build relationships with healthcare providers, and drive product adoption while supporting access to innovative therapies.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in direct CNS or specialty pharma sales, understand patient pathways, and have launch or formulary experience. Expect collaboration with Market Access, Patient Services, and Medical teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of direct sales experience in CNS or specialty pharmaceuticals.
• Deep understanding of complex patient pathways and specialist prescriber dynamics.
• Experience with formulary access strategies and early market penetration tactics.
• Experience selling into hospital systems, IDNs, and institutional accounts a strong plus.
• Understanding of specialty pharmacy and hub services models.

Responsabilidades

• Execute territory business plans to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders.
• Drive product adoption through effective customer engagement and education.
• Navigate complex patient pathways and support access to therapy.
• Partner with Market Access, Strategic Accounts, Patient Services, and Medical teams to optimize outcomes.
• Support launch execution, including pre-launch planning and post-launch adoption strategies.
• Leverage insights from the field to inform strategy and improve execution.
• Maintain a high level of product, disease state, and market knowledge.
