Job summary

Praxis Precision Medicines is seeking eight Account Specialists to cover regions across the US. You will execute territory plans, build relationships with healthcare providers, and drive product adoption to support access and launch success.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of CNS or specialty pharma sales, with track records of meeting quotas, navigating complex care pathways, and collaborating with Market Access and Medical teams to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct sales experience in CNS or specialty pharmaceuticals.
• Deep understanding of complex patient pathways and prescriber dynamics.
• Participation in a recent product launch highly preferred.
• Experience with formulary access strategies and early market penetration.
• Experience selling into hospital systems, IDNs, and institutional accounts is a plus.
• Understanding of specialty pharmacy and hub services models.
• Strong, consistent performance against quota with year-over-year improvement.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory business plans to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders.
• Drive product adoption through effective customer engagement and education.
• Navigate complex patient pathways and support access to therapy.
• Partner with Market Access, Strategic Accounts, Patient Services, and Medical teams.
• Support launch execution, including pre-launch planning and post-launch adoption strategies.
• Leverage field insights to inform strategy and improve execution.
• Maintain product, disease state, and market knowledge; ensure regulatory compliance.
