• 5+ years of direct sales in CNS/pharma.
• Experience selling to hospitals, IDNs, and institutional accounts.
• Familiarity with pre-launch planning and early market execution.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory plans to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders.
• Drive product adoption through customer engagement and education.
• Navigate patient pathways and support access to therapy.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Medical, and Patient Services teams.
• Support launch execution and post-launch adoption strategies.
• Leverage field insights to inform strategy and improve execution.
• Maintain product, disease state, and market knowledge.
