Job summary

Praxis Precision Medicines is seeking experienced Account Specialists to cover defined territories in the United States. You will engage healthcare providers, build strong client relationships, and drive adoption of our CNS therapies while supporting access pathways for patients.

With 5+ years in direct CNS or specialty pharma sales, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute launches, educate clinicians, and achieve regional commercial objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct sales in CNS or specialty pharma.
• Experience with hospital systems, IDNs, and institutional accounts.
• Familiarity with pre-launch planning and early market execution.
• Navigate complex patient pathways and payer access.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory business plans to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders.
• Drive product adoption through education and engagement.
• Navigate patient pathways and support payer access to therapy.
• Partner with Market Access, Strategic Accounts, Patient Services, and Medical teams.
• Support launch execution, including pre-launch planning and post-launch adoption strategies.
• Leverage field insights to inform strategy and improve execution.
• Maintain product, disease state, and market knowledge.
