HomeWell Care Services in Florida is seeking compassionate CNAs and HHAs for full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts across Volusia County. You will provide direct patient care, assist with daily living activities, and support mobility and transfers.

Ideal candidates hold a CNA or HHA certificate, have strong communication skills, and a reliable transportation method. Prior experience with dementia, wound care, and catheter care is a plus, and dependability is a must.

Formación

• CNA or Home Health Aide certification required.
• Experience in patient care preferred.
• Knowledge of basic healthcare practices helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of a registered nurse or healthcare professional.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Monitor and record vital signs (BP, temp, pulse).
• Assist with mobility and transfers using proper lifting techniques.
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and preferences.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks (laundry, tidying).

• Experience with Dementia
• Experience with ADL's and IADL's
• Experience with limited non weight bearing patients.
• Experience working with patients that has wound management
• Experience working with Super pubic catheters
• Experience with lift to pivot stands and transfers are needed
• RELIABLE and DEPENDABILITY IS A MUST!!!
• 1 YEARS MIN EXP WITH AS A CAREGIVER (preferred)

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Valid certification as a CNA or Home Health Aide or completion of a recognized training program.
• Experience in providing patient care preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic understanding of healthcare practices.
• Ability to lift and transfer patients safely and comfortably.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients in need of assistance.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
