HomeWell Care Services seeks CNAs and HHAs for full-time, part-time, and PRN hours to serve clients across Volusia, Flagler, and St. Johns counties in Florida. Caring, engagement, and dependability are essential to deliver quality in-home care.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, ADL assistance, vital signs, mobility transfers, meal planning, companionship, and light housekeeping. Certified nursing assistant or home health aide training is required, with prior care experience preferred.

Qualifikationen

• CNA or HHA certification or completion of a recognized training program.
• Experience in providing patient care preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare practices.
• Ability to lift and transfer patients safely.
• Excellent communication with patients, families and professionals.
• Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Reliable transportation

Aufgaben

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or healthcare professional.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques.
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and individual preferences.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up.

WE OFFER SEVERAL PROGRAMS TO OUR CLIENTS THAT FIT THEIR NEEDS

• Experience with Dementia

• Experience with ADL's and IADL's

• Experience with limited non weight bearing patients.

• Experience working with patients that has wound management

• Experience working with Super pubic catheters

• Experience with lift to pivot stands and transfers are needed

• RELIABLE and DEPENDABILITY IS A MUST!!!

• 2 YEARS MIN EXP WITH AS A CAREGIVER (preferred)

• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

• Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients in need of assistance.

• Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
