HomeWell Care Services is seeking caring CNAs and HHAs to provide in-home care for clients in Volusia, Flagler, and St. Johns counties. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN hours to fit your schedule.

You will deliver direct patient care, assist with daily activities, monitor vitals, help with mobility, prepare meals, and provide companionship. Valid CNA or HHA certification and ~2 years of experience are preferred; reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• Valid certification as a CNA or Home Health Aide.
• Experience in providing patient care preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic healthcare practices.
• Ability to lift and transfer patients safely.
• Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and professionals.
• Compassionate and caring attitude toward patients.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of a registered nurse or healthcare professional.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Monitor and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse).
• Assist with mobility and transfers using proper techniques.
• Prepare and serve meals per dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks (laundry, tidying).

• Experience with Dementia

• Experience with ADL's and IADL's

• Experience with limited non weight bearing patients.

• Experience working with patients that has wound management

• Experience working with Super pubic catheters

• Experience with lift to pivot stands and transfers are needed

• RELIABLE and DEPENDABILITY IS A MUST!!!

• 2 YEARS MIN EXP WITH AS A CAREGIVER (preferred)

• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

• Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients in need of assistance.

• Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
