Aperion Care is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide essential resident care, including hygiene, meals, mobility, and comfort. You will monitor vital signs, document care, and report observations to nursing staff while upholding HIPAA and safety standards.

Formación

• Active CNA license in good standing.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be willing to pursue additional training or education as required by state.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Flexible and adaptable with multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Sound judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform all duties within your active license or certification and assigned responsibilities.
• Know residents and provide care based on individual care plans.
• Assist with activities of daily living, meals, mobility and social engagement.
• Communicate with clinical leadership when needs change.
• Care for residents with dementia with appropriate approaches.
• Willing to take on other duties within your knowledge and experience.
