Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care aligned with each resident's care plan in a patient-centered setting. You will identify residents, assist with daily activities, and maintain accurate records while upholding privacy and safety standards.

Responsibilities include reporting changes to the Nurse Supervisor, assisting with transfers, and maintaining a calm, caring environment for residents and staff during shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant as per state laws.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general information.
• Ability to write clear notes and report observations.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents using wristband or photo card before care or treatments.
• Record entries on flow sheets, notes, and charts accurately.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
• Transport residents and prepare rooms for new admissions or discharges.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and protect privacy.
