Job summary

PACS Group seeks a dedicated Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care per each resident’s care plan. You will identify residents before treatments using wristbands, report changes to the nurse in charge, and maintain accurate records with confidentiality throughout your shift.

Responsibilities include assisting with transfers, feeding, hygiene, and daily activities, while following facility policies and promoting a warm, respectful environment for residents and coworkers.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a 10th grade education.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per care plan.
• Identify residents before administering treatments using wristband or photo ID.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
