Job summary

PACS is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and services under the supervision of licensed nurses. You will follow care plans, identify residents, assist with meals, hygiene, mobility, and daily activities, and document care accurately.

Responsibilities include reporting changes, maintaining safety, protecting residents' privacy, and collaborating with nursing staff to ensure a calm, supportive environment and quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a CNA license valid in the state.
• Minimum 10th grade education.
• Ability to read, write, and follow care plans.
• CPR preferred.

Responsibilities
