Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents per the care plan. You will identify residents, record observations, and report changes to the Nurse Supervisor. Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant per state law.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret basic information and communicate with residents and staff.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow facility policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per care plan.
• Identify residents before administering treatments or meals using wristbands or photo ID.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Record entries on flow sheets and charts in an informative, descriptive manner.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report any disclosures.
• Assist with daily functions and mobility, including positioning, transfers, and transport to different areas.
• Greet residents, orient them to their room, and ensure comfort and safety.
• Follow instructions for safety and infection control, including handling of blood/body fluids.
