Job summary

PACS is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care per individualized care plans. You will identify residents, assist with daily activities, and document care accurately to ensure safety and comfort on every shift.

Responsibilities include reporting changes to the Nurse Supervisor, following policies, and maintaining resident confidentiality while delivering compassionate care in a respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
• CPR preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per care plan.
• Identify residents before administering treatments using wristbands or photo IDs.
• Record entries on flow sheets and charts accurately.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Assist with daily activities and support residents' comfort and safety.
