Job summary

PACS is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents according to care plans. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health status, and maintain a safe, supportive environment within the facility.

Responsibilities include accurate reporting, documentation, and adherence to privacy and safety policies. CPR is preferred. This role requires teamwork with nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
• CPR certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents using wristband or photo ID before procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information at all times.
• Record entries clearly on flow sheets and notes as instructed.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care.
• Support safety by following infection control and safety policies.
