Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and services according to each resident’s care plan. Qualifications

• Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant per state law is required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials and write reports.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before treatments using wristband or photo ID.
• Record entries on flow sheets and charts clearly.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Assist with daily living activities and care.
• Prepare residents for medical tests and examinations.
• Observe skin integrity and report any pressure areas.
