Innovative Consulting & Management Services (ICMS) in Andover, MA is seeking a CMMS Administrator to support facility operations on-site. The role involves data entry, scheduling, ticket creation/closure, and reporting, with responsible management of system workflows.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of CMMS or similar experience, and strong English communication.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of recent experience (within past five years) performing CMMS or similar duties.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications for documentation, communication, and reporting.
• Ability to plan and manage work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.

Responsabilidades

• Be available on-site from 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday-Friday, and at any other times needed to effectively manage all CMMS activities including all database management contract work.
• Manage all data entry, scheduling, creating, assigning and closing work tickets.
• Maintain accurate records for all work tickets, locations, resources and equipment.
• Set up user roles, permissions, and system workflows.
• Ensure digital records and documentation meet customer and regulatory standards.
• Develop and provide necessary reports and database queries requested by the COR within four hours during normal Government working hours unless a longer time frame is agreed.
