Job summary

Hims & Hers Health, Inc. is seeking a Facilities CMMS Administrator to support maintenance operations in our Colorado location.

You will configure and administer the CMMS, optimize workflows, manage data accuracy, and coordinate with vendors for parts and service visits. You will build PM schedules, train users, perform cycle counts, generate reports, and help drive continuous improvement across the facilities team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and provide age verification where required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient with business software (Word, Excel, PM tools).
• Ability to document and interpret maintenance data for process improvements.
• Excellent written and spoken English (Spanish bilingual preferred).
• 2+ years in maintenance/admin or related field.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot the CMMS to meet operational needs.
• Ensure accuracy of CMMS data: assets, BOMs, work orders, inventory, history.
• Create/manage user accounts, roles, and permissions; deliver training.
• Develop PM plans and schedules; generate work orders.
• Schedule PM tasks/routes; collaborate with Maintenance/Facilities Managers.
• Perform cycle counts and manage parts inventory with vendors.
• Provide help desk support and document SOPs for CMMS use.
• Analyze equipment data and create new PM schedules for efficiency.
• Generate reports on maintenance activities, costs, and trends.
