Job summary

Innovative Consulting & Management Services (ICMS) seeks an experienced Facilities Project Manager to oversee on-site operations, safety, and performance across client facilities in the Andover area. You will supervise teams, coordinate vendor bidding, and ensure compliance with quality and contract requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, English communication, and a track record with large facilities. Onsite work is required; flexible schedules and continuous improvement are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is desired; work experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• Four (4) years of recent experience as a first line supervisor in facilities management.
• Experience with buildings of 300,000+ sq ft and similar characteristics.
• Experience with UPS, heat pumps, pump skids, fire alarm systems, generators, high voltage switchgear, CMMS, and building automation systems.
• Proven leadership and English communication skills.
• Proficiency in contracts, budgets, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site daily operations and personnel.
• Develop and oversee vendor bidding per government requirements.
• Maintain culture of quality, safety and teamwork.
• Plan preventive maintenance schedules for critical assets.
• Execute maintenance and respond to repairs per performance metrics.
• Manage inventory, documentation, and CMMS records.
• Coordinate work schedules, overtime, and leave for technical staff.
• Provide timely reporting and drive corrective action.
