Job summary

Medxcel is seeking a Manager of CMMS Support within Facilities Management to optimize its work order system and data assets. This leadership role drives standardization, performance, and strategic insights across FM operations and business development.

The candidate will mentor staff, oversee CMMS policy execution, and partner with multiple departments to enable data-driven decisions and continuous improvement across facilities management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or management required (or equivalent experience 15 years with no degree)
• MBA and graduate degree preferred
• Project management skills including coordination, communication, prioritization, troubleshooting, adherence to budget and completion goals, and recruiting resources
• Experience supporting large scale (enterprise) Maintenance programs- preferred
• Travel – 0-50% (overnight required)

Responsibilities

• Identifies KPIs and sets performance metrics for the success of the CMMS, Training (FSI) and Data.
• Provides mentoring, coaching, and supervision to staff and models core values.
• Oversees policy/procedure standardization and best practices.
• Leads interview, hire, and training processes; plans and directs work; appraises performance.
• Develops leadership and management skills across the team.
• Addresses customer complaints and ensures follow-up actions.
• Maintains compliance with professional standards and regulations.
• Ensures CMMS is developed and operated in compliance with LSC, JCAHO, CARF and AHJ.
• Expands software capabilities and tracks enhancement requests.
• Prepares reports and supports FM training with SME input.
• Create data management, audit transactions, and provide SMEs for enterprise platform development.
